Following Through And Completing What You Start

Completion is natural. In the natural order of things and human life there is beginning, middle and an end. People who can consistently complete or finish what they start have power. Not all people can put their ideas into practice and even fewer people continue and follow through on to completion.

Completion is the act that empowers you to fully tap and actualize your abilities, talents and the capability to love. The completion of a cycle is the beginning point for the next energy flow. The more energy that flows through you, the more you participate in life. When we don’t complete our tasks, the energy wanders with no point on which to settle and reflect itself back to you. As a consequence, we experience depletion of energy.

In our lives we simply cannot just exist and just get by. We have to live it. The way to live our lives, is to demand upon our inner resources that expand us as a person. We must learn to acquire the habit to always follow through to completion whatever goals or projects we started to increase the flow of energy in our lives even more and allow us to experience greater heights of love and actualization of the self.

Completion also allows us to prosper and know what we are able to do, be and have. Simply put, when we finish our tasks, we feel proud, satisfied and whole. We are eager to go on the next cycle.

Examine your life and see what you have completed and what is still incomplete. Make a list of what you have completed. Allow yourself for a few minutes to feel satisfaction and fulfillment that you experience from each completion. After you do this, make a list of incomplete projects and goals in your life. No need to be overwhelmed here. Cross off everything you no longer choose to have or do. Let go of it. Get rid of anything you no longer want. This can be energy releasing.

Give up all that drains you. Stop being a pack rat.

Nothing empowers you like doing exactly what you want. Then make a list of those items you want completed but don’t want to do yourself. Hire someone, delegate the task or outsource it. You are leveraging yourself through another person.

Now make a list of what you want to complete yourself. It may be guitar lessons to continue, finishing you Master’s degree or filing important documents.

Power, renewed vitality and zest for life will leap out at the completion point.
