Let go…. Go With The Flow

The mantras "let go" and "go with the flow" are applicable in many ways.

It could mean let go of your materials things you no longer need, sell it or give it away to people who will make good use and value it. Letting go is a kind of release, create a vacuum so that there will be space for something new in your life materially.

It also could mean let go of your negative emotions, unspoken grudges, worry, frustrations, fear, anxiety, limiting beliefs and regret. De-clutter your mind through meditations and affirmations. Let go of bad vibes and make room for more positive feelings like hope, love and faith. Letting yourself open to a range of possibilities leading to the fulfillment of our desires. In doing so, we decrease our stress levels and feel calmer and happier. When you feel the "flow" more positive things will come.

If you want to let your creative juices flow, if you have a big problem to solve at work or simply you want to create something but feel stuck. Letting go serve such purpose. By letting go, your subconscious mind takes over your conscious mind and do the work. That’s why famous artist like Salvador Dali would just dose off and suddenly gets awaken by the sound of the dropping keys he was holding and immediately paint those bizarre images he saw during his near deep sleep state. Dali is a renowned artist who is known for paintings with bizarre and surreal images. Thomas Edison too, was famous for taking naps before he invented something great. They are just examples of letting go of your conscious mind, your awareness and let the subconscious but powerful mind take over.

I’m sure you have experienced that certain state where in you are just flowing in the natural rhythm of life. I especially cherish those moments whether I’m having meals with family and guests or with I’m with a special friend and suddenly I’m ambushed with feelings of unexpected happiness, of contentment. It is just a wonderful feeling to be feeling that good Well, we have to understand that since we are the source of the flowing feeling, we can make it happen more often rather than just an isolated occurrence.

How do we let the "going with the flow" feeling happen again and again? Number one is to let go of resistance and let go of struggle. Accept the present circumstances as they come. Don’t resist. Remember what you resist persists but acceptance dissolves blockages and imbalance. Imagine yourself prop in an inflatable rubber being carried along on the current of the river. Relax and just go with the flow.

If you encounter challenges, don’t resist. Choose to go with the flow. Affirm to yourself "this doesn’t bother me, I choose to go with the flow." And simply let yourself be carried along and enjoy the ride. Like any other techniques, if done on a consistent basis will yield more favorable and lasting results. And expect to experience unexpectedly being ambush more often with flowing and wondrously happy feeling
