Happiness

We are happy when we’re thinking good things and we are unhappy when we are thinking bad things. Our thoughts or what we choose to think about is determined entirely by what you think and what you think is up to you. You can be destitute, alone, living in a cardboard box and still be deliriously happy if you choose to be.

If you are looking for someone else to make you happy ,to give your life meaning, to make your life complete then you are doing things like almost the rest of the world do. And that doesn’t mean its always right. It’s this Hollywood hogwash likes to dish out. We complete ourselves first. We make ourselves happy first. When we achieve that aura of happiness, it’s only a matter of time someone will pick out the vibes we exude. Thus become fascinated, intrigued and naturally drawn to us. They want to try to get some of that happiness for themselves.

Spend a few weeks reviewing your list and retraining your mind. Spend five minutes during the morning when you get up, at lunch and before going to sleep at night reviewing your own personal list. As you continue to do that, you will eventually notice some positive changes in your thinking, the manner you walk, your attitude etc. Here are a few guides in order you can draw up your own individual list.

Guide1. Identify your talents and abilities.
Can you paint? Can you sing? Are you easily able to put on muscle size?

Guide2. Identify your skill level.
Can you fix cars easily? Are you quick with numbers? Do you have fantastic bench press? Whatever your talents and abilities are, think about how eay it is for you to do those things well.

Guide3. Develop you talents and abilities.
Would taking a few classes propel you to greater heights at your job? Would adding different exercises to your routine push you physique to a new plateau? Would fine tuning your diet give your metabolism what it needs to get your body into great shape? Think of how you can fully develop your skills to their fullest potential.

Guide 4. Put those talents and abilities into action.
Action is the only quality that separates a successful person from an unsuccessful one. Many talented people are going nowhere because they fail to take action.
